Working on a 4.0L and trying to figure out which cam I have. I've seen a couple web sites that have some info but nothing that makes me feel good about making an identification based on what I know about the two long blocks I have and the marks on the cams. The cams have two grooves on them, which is supposed to be from a manual trans vehicle but both motors supposedly came from auto Explorers ('92-'93). Any help out there?

I called a cam shop, and two grooves on the cam mean they are out of a motor with an automatic transmission.
