Well, I didn't know the piston screwed in and out....
I'm glad he explained it as the previous posts wouldn't have helped a newb like me.
 
Yeah mustang calipers take the special tool. Good luck if you don't have it. I actually got a mustang caliper pushed in without the tool by using needle nose pliers, a c clamp and a lot of cuss words. PITA but I got them in. Ended up getting the cheap tool at harbor freight which still didn't have the right size. Had to grind off two tabs on the side with 4 tabs to make is work. Works though.
