hey everyone new to trs. got a 98 ranger 4.0 2wd. put 35s on it with lift. can't get anything to correct the speedo, already tried jet accuspeed and superlift truspeed, just puts up abs light and doesn't do anything with the jet, with the superlift puts up abs light but needle never gets past 18mph. any suggetions?

figured it out. jet and superlift were telling my the wrong wire to splice and the wrong location of the wire. the connection is behind the center finish panel(pull out the radio)on the left hand side is the abs unit. still cant believe both manufacturers told me wrong thing.

I don't see how you got that one figured out with BS info...

a buddy of mine had the same problem he spent about 20 mins on google and figured it out. glad you figured it out

I need ya'll help with my accuspeed

I have a 2000 Ranger with a 3.0 flex V6. I bought the accuspeed module for it bout two years ago and have been trying to have it installed ever since. The last guy I took it to finally got closer then anyone before. I came across this post and showed it to my guy and he said he wasn't sure what wire to splice after reading this post(seeing that the company that made it doesn't even know where the ABS module is for my truck) and that ya'll said they told you the wrong place and the wrong wire. I found the module where ya'll said it would be, but which is the right wire. The instructions say its the black/grey wire is that right or wrong. Any help ya'll could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. Ford's scan tool can go in and reset the gear ratio and tire size to correct the speedo.
