Finally broke a axleshaft on my D28 !! And it will be my last. This is the motivation I need to actually install my D35/8.8 axles.
This is the hole I was in. Those are my ruts and had to make a hard right turn, hence the broken rt axleshaft.
The Toyota pulled me out before trying it him self. Everyone had to winch themselves or be winched out.
After I got pulled free and near the bottom of a small hill, there is a small washout where my truck slid into. LT rear tire hanging in the hole and RT rear fully stuffed. Truck was actually resting on the rear bumper. Had to use my new winch to get out !! No pic's of that though.
I love doing this and going here
