Burnt2deaths 02 Ranger Edge Build

All Edge trucks had the 8.8
And pretty much all had 4.10 gears and vinyl floor.
It was an improved base model basically.
thats why they kept the vinyl floor and base door panels and Ranger badges instead of Ranger XLT
The premium or plus packages added better mirrors, alloy rims and power stuff.

You are wrong. I have a 7.5 with 3.73's. But I did have alloy rims (I think).

Hey Buddy, Where did you get this info ??? I have a 7.5/3.73. No alloy wheels at all...........
Gotta_gofast's recommendation for a 8.8/4.10 axle (from a Explorer) is right on :icon_thumby:-

Just ordered some TRS decals!

A few shots from the trails today.

A preview of my new "get dirty" area lol. It started as a few small wet areas in an overgrown field. It used to be a junkyard here about 10 years ago. They have since cleaned it out and its where I have been making my own trails and mud pits. Starting to get there but I have been making it all from scratch.

I have a quick question if anyone actually comes across this. Didnt really feel like making another thread...

What is the best 3" body lift that supplies everything right out the box to install? No need to modify anything to fit or need to run to the parts store last minute? Out the box ready to install w/bumper brackets and all for my 02 4x4 edge? Thanks in advance...

Also a few pics from today...

Probably Performance Accessories 3"body lift. But instead of a body lift you should think about a spindle lift (doetsch) and some belltechs in the back. You could fit 33's with a t-crank on top of the spindles if you havent already cranked them some.

I already have the torsion bars cranked up just to fit my 31's. About 1 1/2"..

Sweet pictures!!
And well basially all bodylifts come complete with all you need.
i havent seen or heard of anyone conplaining about bad quality, so i think they all are good.

Thanks for the pic comment. I am a photographer.

It cost more to lower my car then it does to raise my truck. I find that funny lol. I am probably going to get the Performance 3" lift..

I hope you will be getting bigger tires as well. 31's will look tiny tiny tiny.

Na, 31s will look good with some extra wheel well clearance!

You can't use the spindles. They are designed for 2wd trucks only.

Run the body lift. Next time you need tires you can save up for 33s, some wheels, and deeper gears to turn said tires!
