Would I have to do any modifying to get them to fit properly into a Ranger?

They are the same doors, so you shouldn't have to do anything.

83-88: if one has the style that hooks over the top of the door and the other is just a filler panel you will have to do some work with the window scraper.

89-92 vs a 83-88 look very much different.

The truck in your avatar looks much newer than a BII, I don't know if they would fit at all.

As I understand it, he has sold the red truck and bought an 87.

Yeah, that's my old 96, I haven't gotten around to taking a good pic of the 87 yet. I traded the 96 for an 85 Cougar 5.0, and traded the Cougar for the 87. What can I say? I missed having a Ranger.

I came across a pic that someone put Gen 2 door panels into a Gen 1, and they looked to fit surprisingly well.

I just would like something that looks a little more high end and that kinda goes with the seats. It has some really nice seats in it, I was sure they were B2 seats, but I've seen them in other Rangers.
