The brake pedal goes to the floor after starting, brakes still work a little. When the truck is off the pedal pumps up fine. New master cylinder all bled correctly and new power booster...really stumped

Bleed out the lines going to each wheel. Also, with the truck running, have someone help you by pressing the brake pedal. If you have a leak somewhere, the fluid will squirt out. If you see that you have a spray pattern on the inside of any tire, that tire is where the system is leaking.

Do you have to add fluid at all? If you have to add fluid, the problem isn't vacuum, but a fluid lead. Check all lines for cracking/breakage.

self adjusters on the rear brakes aren't working and the shoes need adjusting

brakes

Did you bench bleed the master before installing it???? if not pull it start again, always bleed the Longest line first, then next longest and so on, as said be fore about the rear adjusters, did you hand adjust them up so they would be close to correct adjustment before you put the drums on?
