Bought a center mount header and have an issue

So i have my turbo pretty much mounted on my new header, and there seems to be a problem. From the stock header to this one, the turbo is now rotated 90 degrees clockwise, and obviously this creates something of a problem. Not sure what to do about it. Also, not sure if this a stock turbo or not. It says A. R. 60 M11 on the cold side intake, and i believe the stock turbos were .63 no 60. Here's a couple of pics of it on the header. It looks like i could clock the cold side, but the hot side doesn't have any way to clock it cause of the bolt pattern. Thanks for any suggestions!

Pretty much any turbo hotside or coldside can be clocked. Better picture of the hotside mounting? Usually the bolts just hold down the clamping "rings" which suck the housing up against the center section.
 
Reclock it... Or use the stock E6 manifold.. This chinese crap is going to crack within 1,000 miles done to it, you know that? If you want to help, brace good the WG flange, and turbo flange too, and reweld the brace welds that are already there...

Heres what I did to mine.. It first cracked around the wg flange after 1200 km of use... And WILL recrack. But it should help... Good luck with this.

Here is a few pics of the exhaust side of the turbo, and how it bolts onto the engine now. There isint any way that i can see to clock the rear of the turbo. It looks like im going to have to go back to the stock header for now, and hack up the heater box and scrap my ideas of keeping AC.

rotate the coldside up a few inches, and remove the factory 5 bolt down pipe, get a flange, and make your own down pipe that goes straigh back then drops down, going like the factory exhaust did.
 
look at the bearing housing, the 6 bolts on that side on the intake and exhaust side of the turbo with the 3 little bars between the bolts, those are the bolts to loosen to clock both sides...
 
You only need to loosen the bolts on the cold side and the middle stays put. All you turn is the aluminum housing where the air is compressed.
 
Does the exhaust side turn with the cols side? Cause i need to clock both sides, or clocking just the cold side wont help me, as ill need to use the stock header untill i either replace the turbo, or make an adapter of some sort. Thanks guy's!!!
 
The compressor and turbine are separate. Loosen the 6 bolts on each and turn them.
 
Don't move either if your going to use the stock manifold. Wait till you use the center mount. They are setup to use the stock manifold.
 
So I'm swapping everything back to the factory header, and boy have I run into some problems! The header was cracked and had to be welded. Cleaning up the studs took forever. Then while trying to fix the broken bolts on the exhaust side, the two left broke before they came out, so now we have 4 total to drill and tap out. And while were inspecting the bolts, we see the waste gate hole is very cracked in two directions!! Boy is this fun!!! Lol!!!

Be careful of those heavy pipe nipples and fittings you have, the vibration on these things is liable to give you a perpetual leak at the joints...
