Bolt in swap

What I meant is usually you mark the drive shaft but I'm replacing rear end. How do I re install driveshaft so there are no issues ?
Don’t worry about it.

I apologize. Mind is everywhere today. Thank you.

Yes, it will only bolt on in two orientations, doesn't matter which one you use.

When I replaced my entire rear end and swapped to a one piece driveline, I simply cleaned up the mating surfaces with a brush and timed the slip yoke to the shaft after disassembly and a greasing. Have not had any vibration issues.
Common practice is to mark the shaft and mount surfaces to help prevent new vibrations from cropping up. It’s a precautionary deal, in your situation it won’t help you much as you are completely replacing the rear end.
