Body mount metal sleeves

I hope I'm in the right section. But for my 90 ranger 2.3 standard cab I purchased new body mounts but body mounts does not come with washers nor the metal sleeve and of course mines are to rusted to re use. Did anyone encounter this problem? If so what did you guys use? and where did you get them? I attached mounts I purchased and picture of how sleeve looks

If you need all of it they had the best deal going when I was looking last fall. I measured what I had and just used a chunk of pipe and two large washers for the couple I needed to replace.
