hey there, i'm looking to put bigger tires on my 06 level 2....suspension is stock except 4 a t bar crank.
I was looking at 32x11.5 but i'm debating on 33x12.5 with a body lift, i'm just curious as to how much strain the 33's will put on everything.

Either tire will be fine, but the 33x12.50's should be on a 15x8 wheel with a 3.75 backspace to fit and you will need the body lift. 33's won't "strain" anything but being taller they will slow it down some. With a 4.0 SOHC and automatic you can live with the stock 4.10's but if the 33's are going to be permanent you should consider changing to 4.56's to keep the rpm vs. road speed the same. If it is a manual transmission you will want to regear it.
32x11.50's should fit okay on your stock 15x7 wheels with the torsion twist. Might rub a little on the inside but not bad.

will the 33x12.5 not fit on the stock wheel? also can i get a programmer to calibrate the bigger tire size?

They will fit but the stock wheel is 15x7 and really not wide enough. A 12.50 tire should be on at least an 8" wide wheel, or a 10". If you lower the pressure enough so the tires wear right it will handle like crap and kill your mpg. Also the stock wheels have too much backspace and it will rub on the inside, front and back both. 15x8 with 3.75" backspace or 15x10 with no more than 4.25" backspace if you're doing the body lift. The 15x8 will work well with the 32x11.50-15 as well.

Superlift makes one or if you want a programmer for the whole engine package including the tires, get a custom tuned XCal2.
