Figured I could post my build process here for yalls viewing pleasure.

Picked up an 86 extended cab 4x4 back in 2010 after I wrecked my 98

Truck specs:

1986 ford ranger 4x4 ext. Cab "king cab"

Dana 44/ 9"

Cobra 306
Afr alum.heads
F can
Holly 670 truck avenger
Headman headers

C6 trans with a shift kit and deep alum. Pan
Np208 transfer case

EB suspension
Ballistic fab adj. Coil buckets

35" mts

Here's the 86 when I bought it. Only paid 300 for the truck

Brought it home and bought a Dana 44
And cleaned/ rebuilt it with chromo axles and 373s

Bought a pair of flat top knuckles and a high steer kit

While i was working on the axle i bought a cobra long block

Bought some EB 4" coils and some ballistic fab coil buckets

Motor installed decided to convert to carb.

Made a 3" body lift

Truck done as of 04-03-13
