I have a bad slave slave in my M5OD, I figured since the trans will have to be pulled I should replace the clutch kit right away since I don't know the condition of it (just bought the truck). I'm looking to make this truck " a weekend warrior" as some might call, mostly getting used for playing on trails and rocks but being driven highway to go play. Should i stick with an OEM style clutch or move up to stage 1/stage 2? A lot of people recommend LUK or Rhinopak clutch kits, is one better than the other? If i order a clutch kit & slave from rockauto, will I have everything I need? truck is a 4.0 ohv, m5od, 1354m, 3.73s with 33s. thanks!

LUK has some really good clutch kits. They last for a long time if you take good care of it. They also make slave cylinders too and I heard good results from them too. They are a little more expensive than the stock replacement clutch and slave cylinder, but they give you good results! I recommend Luk over Rhinopac.

Napa branded clutch kits are luk, and luk makes the oe clutch. Slave cyl, I'd go with someplace that sells rebestos or get The oe one.... Not much more, and better quality
