well ill try running some 87 see if that helps any. start it up and let it sit for a min or two. i dont have any lights or codes so i dont think that has anything to do with it. probably just driving while the truck is still cold. i got a ranger for the mileage and my 5.4 f150 avg. 16... thanks guys
