Hey guys,
I just put some 6.5" lights on top of my B2. I wired them from the battery with 12ga wire, a 12V/30A relay, and the proper switch. They light up, but are very dim. I wired the lights on my old Dodge the same way and they were nice and bright. The inline fuse is good.
Is the wire not large enough gauge? The ground wire is really long because of a more convenient ground point further away.
Any help would be awesome.

I located the problem. The black wire from the plug in the light housing (which I had assumed was for grounding... stupid me) was actually for the high beam. So, I just had my wires all wrong in the light housing. Everything else was just fine. The lesson learned: Never assume that the black wire is a ground. Check everything!!!
