Anyone recognize this sway bar?

Random one I found while digging through parts. Top one I'm almost positive is a stock ranger one. Bottom one... tbh I can't remember what I pulled it off of.

I think its Ford.

Expo? Aftermarket?

Sway Bar Options For Your Ford Ranger - The Ranger Station

If your Ford Ranger didn't come with a front sway bar, you have an option of adding a factory one, if you can find one in a salvage yard.

Some exploded views of how various style sway bars fit together. Fronts are 2wd, 4wd is similar.

I have the sway bar colored in gold and the mounting bracketry you may need to go with it for those that are retrofitting it in red.

Bottom kind of looks like Explorer, it is also wider would correlate with the wider frame of an Explorer.

If the bottom one is RBV, it's from an Explorer. Rangers and BIIs had shocks on opposite sides of the axle (1fwd, 1aft) and the bar was bent to clear the front one. Explorers had both shocks behind the axle and didn't have the bend for clearance.

Explorer would make the most sense... couldn't remember where I snagged it from. Must have come in with the expo 8.8 that's laying here.

Kind of, the sway bar was also behind the axle though. Bends look different than PJ's though.

I think the angle was screwing with me, it is hard to judge with that center kickout.

Thats definately it. same radius.

Heavy duty SOB to say the least.

They do work well in an Explorer... but they are 5000lb pigs... the V8 ones do drive nice though with a shift kit, not as great towing a boat with a welded diff...

Hm. Wonder if it'll fit in the 2011... probably not with shock mounts.
