Any such thing as a removible (and replaceable) choptop?

Hi guys. I'm new here and I will be getting an 89 B2 very soon, neighbors got it for sale. Anyway, Ive been thinking, has anyone looked at removable top hardware from the early 66-77 broncos, both hard and soft tops? I have never been around the early ones, but from what I have found online, the dimensions appear to be similar. The soft top should be an easy fit with a little custom work from an upholstery shop. What do you guys think?

Awhile ago I remember reading about somebody who cut the top off their bronco II and then made a removible hard top for it.
Well, I've been searching and searching, but I just can't find it.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
I really like Bronco IIs, but being able to take the top off would make them 10x better.

There is a guy here in Utah that has taken a top from a full size bronco. He sectioned it down the middle to make it fit. He also cut all the trim , and edge work from the full size and attached it to the BII. Looks pretty good, but no side windows.
