I dont do any smoking but grill all year long.

You can set up a Weber grill to use like a smoker. That's what I do, it works real well. Get the charcoal fences mail order from Weber.

I love getting up at 5:00 am and getting the smoker fired up. It's sort of like going deer hunting. Nobody else is up except the birds. Get the lawn chair set up, get the paper - double check that the beer is in the outside refrigerator - make some coffee - smoke all day.

I have had my grill for about 4 or 5 yrs now. It is a nice stainless steel professional grade Char-Broil grill. I may just look for replacement grates.
