I BBQ all year long, even in the middle of winter with 3 feet of snow outside
That's the sign of a trie Maineiac! On the bright side, all the hard work will make the stuff taste that much better.
Sides, you won't need a cooler for the beer!
I love getting up at 5:00 am and getting the smoker fired up. It's sort of like going deer hunting. Nobody else is up except the birds. Get the lawn chair set up, get the paper - double check that the beer is in the outside refrigerator - make some coffee - smoke all day.
I'd love to join you and see how REAL BBQ is done. Heck, I'll even bring down a couple of lobsters to smoke!
