airbag light and 4 hi and 4 lo lights flashing

This started when I put my truck back together after changing the heater core. The airbag light is flashing a 2/7 pattern, which is the indicator light for the passenger side airbag cut off switch. The 4wd lights are flashing 6 times then stop, until I try to engage 4x4. The rear running lights and rear turn signals are not working either. I have gone through the process of looking for blown fuses, plugs I may have missed when putting the dash back together and have tested the little light in the passenger side airbag cutoff switch. when I tested the light with jumper wires it lights up. I really don't what to do next, any help is appreciated. By the way my truck is a 99 ranger 3.0 auto.

99 is probably the same as 2000, for which I have the EVTM, at your disposal.

Got it figured out. It was a loose connection for the in cab fuse panel. Thank you for all the help Earl!
