Thanks, AJ! It's been through a lot of different tear downs and rebuilds and steering & suspension variations.

lol You'll definitely have a classic then! No doubt parts will be even cheaper in 19 years, too. :icon_rofl:

Congrats!

How's the clutch compared to stock? And the pedal feel from the pressure also compared to stock?

Considerably better and grippier. Pedal feel is the same after proper bleeding. It doesn't slip when hard shifting or offroading. When i shift fast on the street, i feel it grab instantly.

Online at either Summit or Jegs. I compared their pricing, and I think Jegs turned out to be about $30 cheaper at the time.

Very easy install & straight-forward.

Damn, it's been a decade since I last posted in here.

I don't take enough pictures, and the pictures below are from my buddy's dash cam from one of the level 4's from this past weekend. If I get one of the other videos from another trail buddy, I'll take some screenshots. The other other pictures are from ~4-5 years ago, when it was cleaner and less...damaged.

Green Ranger has about 220k miles now, and it was time for a tune up. Drivetrain is still very solid.

Replaced last week:
--original fuel pump
--ignition wires
--spark plugs
--original coil pack (was still working, replaced for good measure)
--fuel filter
--cooling system flush (was necessary)

Need To Do:
--The ES9000 shocks are toast, so those need replacement.
--My shock towers need to be redone / welded since they are bent and my Deaver coil springs now turn inward.
--The radius arm bushings need replacement.
--My taillights don't work for some reason.

Wish List:
--Winch
--Flatbed
--Cut the back shorter and strengthen
--Front skid
