After pulling out of mud truck looks bent

I wasn't sure where this thread went if its Im the wrong place feel free to move it.

Last night I get my self real stuck in mud, the only place on the back of my truck to hook chains is around the bumper. After a couple hard yanks I got out but managed to rip off my bumper, that I'm not to concerned with.
One of my bad body mounts that use to sit on the frame is lifted up about an inch or more and wont go down , the bed looks to be leaning the opposite way. Could I have bent my frame or something?

Sounds like you may have...Definitely don't use a bumper as a mount point again and get yourself some tow hooks.

Do you have any pics of it? It might be easier to tell that way. Hopefully if it's bent, a frame shop can help you out..
