Can any one tell if this is an adjustable bushing? I can't get it out and I don't have a big enough tool to turn it.

It should be a offset bushing which would make it adjustable in the fact that camber and caster are changed at the same time not individually.

its a fixed adjustable bushing. You can only spin it 180 degrees.

For example if its a +2 degree bushing you have +2 degrees positive camber, and you can only spin it 180 degrees to achive -2 degrees camber. Those fixed adjustable bushings only have two setting a positive and negative fixed setting. Spin it any other amount that does not line up with either of the settings and youll have a real funky alignment.

Alright. I just finished shimming my springs to get rid of the camber I was having. But wasn't sure if I needed to buy new bushings for the alignment down the road. And if I did I was just going to stack a lot of washers until I get the 132x coils.

get yourself a set of the moog 0-4 degree fully adjustable two piece bushings. 4+ all the way to -4 and everything in between. Easiest way to get the truck back into alignment instead of shimming and fooling around with spacers. Youll need them once you get the 132x springs.

I have two sets of 132x springs if you are interested $100.00 shipped. Used them for about 6 months and went to 136 springs.

I might have to take you up on that offer. Ill know in a few days and ill pm you if I want them.
