hello got an 88 ranger and a buddy gave me all the ac stuff from his 88. my plan is to while all is out replace the orifice tube, orings and dryer going to do a flush as well to put in r134a as of now.
my question is how much freon does the ac system take I can't find anything on how much. next is there anything else that works better than r134a or should I just stick with that.last one being where all am I flushing the system I have a pretty good idea but just wanting to check. note: compresser still had oil in it but since removing has leaked out haven't pulled the rest but inside of the tubes look good
