I read up as much as I could but didn't find any preferred solution. I slammed my brakes today to avoid a collision and now my red e-brake light and ABS light is stuck on. Upon start up, ABS blinks once then stays solid. Nothing on the OBD scanner. No odd noises or loss of braking power, doesn't seem like anything is wrong at all. Has proper amount of fluid.

I've read about a RABS float that can get stuck after it is engaged, where is this located?

See if your Brake Lights still work, I know simple simon.

Brake light fuse and switch need to be working or ABS light will be on

Also check electrical connector on Brake Master cylinder, pull it off check for corrosion and put it back on

I'd check the e-brake switch too. It's location on the floorboards makes it susceptible to corrosion and it might have got bumped when you did your hard stop.

I cleaned the master cylinder connection, checked the brake lights, and am about to check the e-brake switch.

The problem is now intermittent, the light is sometimes off all day then pops on half way through the next day... Very odd. Makes me think poor electrical connection.
