It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.... but if you've ever been on the wrong end of something you will quickly find out otherwise.

I was a victim of identity theft over a year ago. To me, it's almost seemed as if people went out of their way to try to make me feel as if I was a criminal and guilty before proven innocent. Our current system sucks.

And I think that both our schools are not doing their jobs as they are supposed to and I think that a lot of parents are not doing their job as a parent. They just pop out a kid and who cares what he/she is doing as long as they are not bothering me. Either that or the parent wants to be their kid's best friend, which never works. No wonder people don't find out about things like this until months later...

and i know of someone who went through something similair (not exactly) and was severly negatively effected undeservingly.
he was a jokster teacher and made a joked to some girls in front of a class and they took it seriously, and made up some lies and now he cant ever teach. he's a freakin mechanic now (his previous side habit) and its just horrible cause he was an amazing guy.
plus i dont recal once hearing of the girl in O.P. story to have argued. i mean tryed to make it stop. frik. stupid people
considering the guys married i think both of em should spend a good long time in the slammer. BOTH OF EM

I think you need to look up the definition of a Pedophile. At 15 she is a young woman.... not a child in a child's body. Pedophiles desire to have sex with children, not young adults........

here we go with this legality thing, i used the term pedophile, because she is a child legally. correct me if i'm wrong, because i know i can be, but you cannot be tried as an adult in nebraska until you are 18, or if you are close enough and the judge feels that the offense is bad enough to deserve it (probably like murder, or drug sales maybe? not completely sure on that), but legally she is a child. he is around 2.5 times her age, yes it takes two to do something for 4 months, but he was more at fault, IF IT HAPPENED. pretty sure there aren't any laws that consider you a young adult at x years of age. if anything, it'd be 16 when you can drive, in my opinion. i realize opinions are like assholes, and everyone has one, but i said what i said, and i'm not going to take it back. that's backing down, and not defending your word. i consider him to be a sick maniac if he did said acts for 4 months, and would like to see him get up to the maximum sentence as noted in the news articles, if he did it.

i wouldn't say throw her in jail, she technically didn't "break the law" did she? she needs some serious psychological help, but not jail time in my mind.

Everybody is on facebook and myspace......... it's how my boss keeps in touch with his grown kids that moved away my boss is 50. He has troubles with divorcee's he went to highschool contacting him.

I had a myspace once....... and my gf made it for me, she broke up with me and a week later I was in a relationship and gay on there. I stole her dog and held it ransom until I got the password, will never have one again.

I'm sorry ..... but I have dealt with pedophiles. Pedophiles desire to have sex with children (male or female) that are pre-pubescent. Once they hit puberty pedophiles are no longer "into" them. Pedophilia can almost be considered another sexual orientation..... it IS a mental defect. Men that have sex with girls that are in puberty are not pedophiles (unless the girl is still built like a boy) ...... they are not right in the head and are of weak character but they are not pedophiles .....
