who knows... none of us will ever know until we are in that situation, but it leads me to believe that she wasn't exactly saying no... word is going around that she used somebody else's phone to text him, and that person found the texts on their phone and told somebody. so if she is texting him, there must be some sort of two way relationship, not just a one way.

that's of course if it is all true, and if the whole text thing happened.

Man, I knew a guy, got fired from my HS for dating a student. Thing of it was, he was a grad from my HS, he did the 3 year fast track in college and she was my age, he'd been dating her since he was a senior in HS.

I can't even stand to watch the news anymore, it is kind of tough to thread the needle and catch the weather between the raping and murdering and the Husker stuff... which is almost gagging to watch unless everyone gets upset 'cause they got beat.

I have to agree with that, the last one was a couple of years ago at McMillan middle school right?

I can't really remember, I know within the past 5 years theres been a couple girls and a few guys (the kids) that were, "violated" in one way or another...

It is so hard on any family when this happens. If the guy has been wrongly accused (which happens a lot) then his family has all the emotions to deal with. Some victims are not really the victim until a court proves otherwise. She said/he said.....Some girls have got away with it. We had a guy here in the Tampabay area cleared of all charges for 'raping' a boy 35 years ago. He spent that long in jail until DNA proved he was innocent of the charges!! How do you get your life back? He had his first Christmas with his family last month after 35 years in prison.......

Exactly. Calling him a pedophile based on a partially anonymous tip is a bit extreme. Wait for the case to be over.

Honestly, I feel that he should have never been in any situation that the girl would think would be remotely close to anything of the sort. I have a free right to say what I please, and plan to use it to the fullest extent, especially on a website.

I had a teacher in highschool that slept with half the football team... her husband was shooting blanks, I actually got in trouble on the HS senior trip with her..... but that all went away when the accompanying teacher had a world of prescription pills fall out of her suitcase...... nothing was ever spoken of either incident.

And she finally did have a kid, I narrowed it down to the offensive guard, and tight end. (I was a tackle)
