A/C Blower only works on high... is it a bad motor or switch?

In my 86 B2 my blower motor only works when i turn the fan switch to high. Does anyone know if it is most likely a bad motor or a bad switch? Thanks!

I's the motor blower resistor. It's mounted in the black box on the Passenger side.

Ahh shoot... Advance has the motor for $19.99 and the resistor is $26 so i was hoping it was the motor if anything! I guess lucky for me I have a 87 ford ranger parts truck Ill just steal the resistor from to tide me over awhile thanks again for the help you guys saved me some money

i have the same problem...did that fix it? easy install?
