98 b2500 starts but won't run

Title sums it up. It'll start but won't idle, suspect fuel issue but I still have pressure at the rail. Thoughts?

So it will start and RUN if you don't let it idle?

IAC(idle air control) Valve is probably broken or stuck closed if that's the case

1998 should have 65psi fuel pressure, how are you testing for that?
