98+ 2wd coil spring spacers..?

Why on earth can't I find coil spring spacers for a 98+ ranger? I literally want 1 inch of lift in the front to half-way level out my truck (2000 2wd ranger). I would spring (hah, bad pun) for a spring kit if they weren't 2+ inches, and I'm sure not gonna buy a set and cut them and have a terribly stiff ride. I just don't want to ruin my stock ride too much, and 1 inch is all I need.

Any suggestions, please?

Do you think those spacers will work on an '06 2wd? I'm not aware of any differences between the 98-03 and 04+ 2wd trucks but don't know for sure. Thanks in advance!
