97 2.3 swap

Hay guys Im new to the forums and I was wondering what swap besides the original 2.3 would be the easiest and create the most power? I have a 97 Ranger XL with a 2.3. I was considering a Turbo coupe and any info and websites that you can direct me to would be great!
