Good luck with your conversion. Doesn't seem too difficult to put together. Flexible JB Weld has products that will make external hose (oil) hook-ups kinda ok. And as bobby said, heat resistant tubing is all over the place on Amazon in varying diameters.

I'm sure you've already looked for alternate places for the battery, so I won't even go there.

I’m gonna have to find an auto yard with some rangers in it. There’s way too large of a size difference between the hose and the MAF sensor to easily fill. For that matter I need the wiring to the sensor as well
