94 ranger not starting

With the test light on the clutch switch and pressing the clutch it lights up.

The TPS is connected.

I am going to go pick up a CPS and replace it to see if it solves the problem. It is not an expensive part and will make sure it is not the issue.

I will be curious to see if the cps solves your issue. I have a feeling it will not. to replace the valve covers and the intake manifold you have to pull a lot of stuf off. my guess is a fuse blew or something did not get connected. do you know if your brother pulled off the neg bat cable....

He said he pulled the negative cable.

Thanks for everyones help , replaced the CPS and now its good to go.

I glad you got it running. good feedback for someone else that might have the issue...........I am gonna go out on a limb and bet your brother is telling a white lie about pulling the negative bat cable....:)

Thanks for replying back thats it's fixed.
