I have a 94 Mazda b2300 with two codes from the engine running option. Code 21 (ECT sensor [out of range]) and 33 (the EGR system). I have replaced both the ECT sensor and the EGR valve. After finishing, I cleared the codes and took it for a 100 mile test drive, but the same codes came back 
Would you guys have any ideas of what this might be?
Also, here is some more info:
The temp gauge reads low/cold evening after driving for 30 mins
The battery gauge stays at around 3/4 full & 1/2 way before starting
The oil pressure gauge stays just below 3/4 full (at idle and on the highway going 70)
Both top and bottom radiator hoses get pretty warm. So I don't think its the thermostat. (Could be stuck open though... I'll be checking it soon)
