I have a 94 4x4 supercab 5 spd 4.0 Ranger. I need a rear driveshaft. What other vehicals and years should I be looking for. Also I need to know if it is a one or two piece.

Thanks
Craig

Steel shafts from '98-'00 Supercabs are the most desirable, they bolt right in, but do require some clearancing of the gas tank skid plate.

More info here

Hope that helps

will this swap also work for a 94 2wd extended cab truck? i had an automatic trans but am now swaping to a manual but i dont think the shafts are the same length. i like the idea of the one piece shaft because i sell a ton of those carrier bearings for all makes and models at work and it would be nice not to have to worry about it.

Yes, you can do it on a 2WD too.

For a 2WD the driveshaft is specific to the transmission though (different spline count), so you may want to hold off until you get the trans you want into place first.
