I just got a 93 ranger with the 4 cylinder. It had been setting a couple years with some gas left in the tank I got the tank pretty well empty and put about 3 gallons of high octane in it. After cranking and cranking we could only get it to fire on either sprayed into the intake. I know that the gas getting old is not good and I understand it can gum up the fuel pumps? I already pulled the bed off so if I need to pull the pump what is the procedure? And also for getting this thing started what else should I be concerned about I am sure it is not geting fuel to the cylinders. I am sure pulling the fuel pump is simple I am just not used to working on things like this about all I have worked on are 50 year old trucks and tractors LOL
