93 Explorer Mystery Device

I have a 93 Explorer that I'm in the process of stripping. I'm using the engine and axles in my ranger. I've come across some weird little box on the truck. Its located inside the drivers side frame rail, just in front of where the harness comes through, under the edge of the firewall.

It made me curious enough to look in the EVTM. That looks to be the "Acceleration Sensor"; part of the anti-lock braking system.
