I’ve replaced:
Fuel pump
Egr valve
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
Coil packs
Wires
Maf sensor
Ignition control module
Tps sensor
New gas
Air filter
Cleaned throttle body
Fuel pressure regulator
Issue I’m having is under load the truck will hesitate and backfire. This typically happens when I push the thrttole to the floor it will jerk hesitate and backfire but idles fine and starts every time it will do it occasionally at idle when I floor it (just to make it happen) but sometimes won’t do it. I noticed the truck will run at what feels like 100% power on a good warm start but parked it for 10 to 15 minutes go back out and drive and it does fine for about 5 to 10 minutes but then will start acting up.

Air getting in somewhere causing it to run lean? Spray something the engine likes around different spots and see if the engine revs up. Sometimes certain brake cleaners work. A unlit propane torch will work also.

So the truck sat in the woods for two years unbothered and I rescued it. I never drained all the old gas out instead I mixed it with new gas and some fuel cleaner. It was fine till the other day when I made this post. So today I decided to take it to the gas station and put 8 gallons give or take back into the truck and immediately she was feeling better. The issue still remained although not as bad. So I drained the gas all out and am going to put more in tomorrow but this could possibly be my problem. At this point though I’m shooting in the dark.

The fuel you can buy now is pretty lousy. It can go bad even after just a few months of sitting.

if it only sat for 2 years, then that makes the gas 2 years and a month old give or take... 2 years ago gas was just as lousy as today - summer blends might last a year, winter blends 4 or 5 months (or maybe I have that reversed, I forget)... Either way, that 2 year old gas is nasty... purge it. Either drive it down to "scared you wont make it home" then drain and toss + scrub or flush or drain and toss right now depending on your stomach for $$$$.

edit: my misfire - I jumped the gun, missed that you said you had drained it... my bad, carry on, nothing to see here.
