I'm a newborn will greatly appreciate any help. The other day I put new spark plugs in my ranger and replaced valve cover gasket and plenum gasket. The truck ran great I ran to town filled it up with gas and has been running like crape since showing check engine light its showing code 66 which is mass airflow sensor. I cleaned it good and iac sensor along with the throttle body. Still no luck it idles rough if u cut the air on it almost kills the motor. I can't figure it out. Then I got the idea while it was running to unplug the mass air flow it still ran the same. Someone please give me ideas I checked for vacuums leaks to.
