looks great, you have spent a lot of time on this and money. I'm jealous, my 89 xlt ranger is rusted out from Ohio salt now in Nv no rust here. do u still have the 2.9 ?
Why keep the upper shock bolts in single shear?
Did you set your shocks to fully extend with the spring relaxed?
There is more down travel, the tire's weight will pull the springs down further.
I flexed mine out from all 4 corners, took the longest measurement and added 1.5".
Of course, I just get tired of typing explanations on here...
