89-92 Front valance with fog lighs

Was this an option from Ford for these trucks or aftermarket?

It was an option from Ford. That picture was used in the 1992 sales brochure. The valance can be found easily, and reasonable, but the lights, brackets, switch and wiring are harder to find. It was also offered as a kit through the dealership.
