Yes, that is an old one from the bad ol' days of carbs, probably previous owner had one(or a few) laying around

All engines run with the same vacuum levels, 18-21" so all PCV valves are the same internally
You just need to match outside diameter so it fits snuggly in the rubber grommet, which is also pretty standard

Most replacements these days are 90deg and have a larger and smaller hose connection
And come with a plug to plug the smaller one if its not needed as a vacuum source
So any of the ones shown should be OK for you
May need to get a different hose if the 90deg doesn't work

Oh ok! So I'm guessing my truck doesn't need the little hose then?

Not unless you need it to hook up a vacuum gauge, it does come in handy for that, if all the other vacuum ports are hooked up

Just pull that black elbow off the top of the valve, they're the same thing just with extra parts, these engines are about the only thing I know of that don't take an elbow... or at least the older ones, on my '97 when I pulled the upper intake to change the back drivers side plugs I broke the stock 25 year old PCV and had to get a new one...
