88 Bronco II tranny swap

I have a auto trans in my 88 b2 and was wondering what all I would need for a manual trans swap, I have a manual trans just sitting in my backyard from a 4x4 ranger around the same year, and was wondering if my transfer case would bolt up to it and if I could still use my auto 4x4
