2.0L ('83-'88) 88’ 2.0 No power to fuse block

88’ 2.0 No power to fuse block, new battery, traced 12.6 DC to and through firewall.

There are several fusible links, for power, at the starter relay. I'd start by checking all of those.

And besides those, fusible links E and D feed the ignition switch and fuse box; these two are on the driver's side fender apron. Link D, Black/Orange wire, feeds the fuse box.
