no power past the main fuse block

My 89 ranger 2.9 lost complete power even to the headlights. No power on the interior fuse panel. Battery has power and all external fuses have power but then nothing from there on. please help!!
 
I don't have the diagram in front of me right now. But I would expect you to have a fuse located in the engine bay fuse box that feeds power to the cab fuse panel. Check that. If not a fuse, then there is probably a fusible link that feeds power to the interior panel.
