86 B2 a/c info

Anyone know how much freon I need to put in my B2? I changed the compressor so the system is empty. Also I need to put oil in the compressor. Can I just buy the compressor oil from advance and put it in with the freon? Any idea how much I'll need? I have done a/C's before but it was on a newer model Nissan so this is my first ford.
