85 Brake Light Issue

My wife bought me this bronco ii it has no brake lights that work, all tail lamps, signals, etc work, all fuses are good, but no brake lights still, any suggestions?

yes this would be the place to start.... also have u replaced the bulbs?...on a fluke the may both be blown on the brake side.....
