My credo
What ?, me worry
If I have put this in the wrong place, sorry, I aint too bright.
Have access to an 84 Bronco II, been taking up space here abouts for a year or so. Rust free after a life in Las Vegas area, now in Davenport Iowa. Needs work to be back to it's original glory. Emissions system has been farted with. How would one go about determining a fair price to list this little guy at.

Thanks

John

They seem to be all over the place. I over paid for mine at 3K running / driving and still needing work but it was exactly what I would have ordered in 1986 if I had the chance. It was advertised as rust free but of course it isn't (damn leaking rear window). Anyway non-running $500-1000 IMO without seeing pictures of it.

Actually, is rust free, and it is driven quite often unless they have put down salt cause of snow. I'll get pics up as soon as we are informed as to sell it or ???

wishy-washy folks drive me nuts !!

John

Anymore when I'm looking at a vehicle when someone says "rust free" I just assume there are not giant holes. Just small ones. I looked at a Ranger about two years ago, I made it very clear I just wanted to know where the rust was since I was 6 hours away. I was told only surface rust. I got there and took 3 seconds to spot two rust holes through the cab by the windshield. Still bought it but damn. Now I wish I had kept the truck. It was fun. Not saying yours isn't rust free but that's where I'm coming from.

Anyway best of luck. Look forward to seeing pics of it. We can give you a better idea of where you should start on your asking price if you choose to sell it.

If it's legit rust free and running but needs mechanical work probably 4-6K based on what I see on Facebook Marketplace. I'll be in the market for an actually rust-free (or surface rust only) Bii next spring. Wish I had the cash today. :(

Thanks to someone who got her license out of a gumball machine, we get to keep driving this Bronco for awhile.

Thanks for all the input

John
( Yes a local body shop couldn't any rust, I had them look for it )
