84 beastly ranger!

Looks like yours has a body lift, that makes some room that I don't have (just walked around mine):sorrysign:
But I like that location, doesn't screw up the approach angle.

Mine only has a 3 inch body lift and I made this for under the bumper...still have plenty of clearance

End thread jack! I love an old school ranger lifted like that...looks sick!

is the front a d35 or d28? what gears are in the rear

i dont know the gears in the rear was told it was from 94 ploder but its the stock 7.5 so im sure its 373s like the front. and the front is the stock i do need sas though thinkin some d44s and a 302 powerplant, then i would gear it down to around 5.13s or so may just 4.56s

Stock axle be 7.5 rear and d28 front.
Axle from an explorer is 8.8 31 spline rear and d35 ttb front.

So what rear axle is it? Post a pic of it.

it is d28 front :annoyed: they dont hold up to my 35s!

that 7.5 probably won't either.... just being honest.

i say its time to either use a 8.8/d35 ttb or an sas is in order.
