84 b2 diesel "montana"

I came across a ad for a b2 , a diesel manual trans 4wd. The ad says Montana edition. Is this for real?

I wish I was closer to it. I live on the east coast, the b2 is west coast. I couldn't be any further away. I do have a sister that lives somewhat close to it though lol.i couldn't imaging shipping all that comes with it across Canada
